How long will it take me to sign up and add my products to Product Guru?
It should take you less than five minutes to sign up to Product Guru and be ready to add brands and products. It should then take you a few minutes to upload and populate the details for each product. We have tools that allow you to copy details from similar products you have already uploaded, shortening the process.
Can I add multiple brands?
You can add as many brands as you like. You can create a branded homepage for each brand, ensuring that retail buyers fully appreciate what your brands have to offer.
Do you ensure that only legitimate buyers can see my products?
We verify the identity of all buyers who are using the platform, to ensure that only vetted professional buyers have access to the products on our site.
Can other suppliers see my products?
No, only fully vetted buyers can see your products on the platform. No other supplier has access to your information.
Which retailers do you work with?
We work with a huge cross-section of retailers, from independent stores to the multinational chains.
Which categories of products do you showcase?
We list products across all FMCG categories (food, beverages, alcohol, household, health, beauty & personal care) and across all main gift categories (Food & Drink, homewares, stationery, garden, electrical & gadget, cosmetics & beauty and toys).
Is my payment information secure?
We don’t hold or process your payment information. We use market leader Stripe.com to handle our payment process.
