Product Guru: 2018 Finalist - Start Up of the Year @ Tech by Retail Week
Last week Product Guru attended the Retail Week Tech awards London; the most important two-day festival in retail technology, showcasing the most innovative and disruptive solutions in the sector.
Product Guru was shortlisted to pitch for the prestigious Start Up of the Year Award; out of 100+ entrants we had convinced the judges we deserved one of the coveted 30 live pitch slots, giving us 3 minutes to convince the panel of expert judges, including directors from Dixons Carphone, Intu, Made.com and Re:Tech, how we would disrupt the retail sector in the coming year.
Product Guru had the difficult task to kick off the competition by pitching first but impressed the expert panel of judges and while it wasn’t our year to win, we made it to the final 6 of the competition; something we are exceptionally proud of given we had only launched our platform a couple of weeks earlier.
Our team had also the opportunity to meet some influential decision makers in retail technology and, encouraged and flattered by their feedback on our platform we will be back in 2019 to win!
